Nobu Hotel Toronto is the flagship Canadian property of the luxury Nobu brand, founded by Nobu Matsuhisa, Robert De Niro, and Meir Teper. Located in the vibrant heart of Toronto, the hotel merges contemporary architecture with subtle nods to Japanese aesthetic heritage.
The interiors, designed by Studio Munge, embody refined elegance and a cohesive narrative where modern luxury meets Japanese harmony. Every element is thoughtfully curated, resulting in spaces that are sensual, minimal, and warmly welcoming.
For this exceptional project, we crafted 32 Ofuro-style wooden bathtubs made from stained oak. Their design draws inspiration from traditional Japanese bathing culture, while their construction reflects artisanal precision and a contemporary understanding of ergonomics. The bathtubs have become an integral part of the hotel suites, offering guests a deep sense of relaxation and tranquility—true to the Nobu philosophy.
